    Subject: Urgent Request for Drainage Cleaning and Road Repair – Ward No. 184, Uttarahalli, Srinivasa Colony

    I would like to bring to your kind attention the poor condition of Srinivasa Colony, Uttarahalli, Ward No. 184.

    The drainage has not been properly cleaned for the last 11 years and is currently filled with waste, causing a severe foul smell and unhygienic conditions for the residents.

    During rainfall, the drainage water overflows and enters nearby houses. In addition, the roads throughout the colony are in very poor condition and require urgent repair.

    We kindly request you to please inspect the area at the earliest and take necessary action to:

    Clean and clear the drainage immediately.
    Prevent drainage water from entering houses during rainfall.
    Repair and improve the roads throughout Srinivasa Colony.
    Take necessary steps to ensure proper drainage maintenance going forward.

    We request your urgent intervention to resolve these issues and provide relief to the residents of the colony.
