Chennai Metro Water spreads message on rainwater harvesting 'Water volunteers', appointed under the Tamil Nadu Urban Livelihood Scheme, have joined the Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (CMWSSB) and are encouraging the public to harvest rainwater.
