Why are all the roads being dug up, without any apparent rhyme or reason/ The worst part of the digging is always the aftermath...the dug-up areas are left in mounds of dirt and earth, and pedestrians and traffic alike have to negotiate holes and mounds which can be very dangerous.   Why can we not enforce a rule whereby the name of the agency doing the digging, the purpose of the excacationn, and the contact no. of the contractor must be prominently displayed? Another ‘Cycle Day’ is being organized by Yelahanka United Environment Association (YUVA) in partnership with Directorate of Urban Land Transport, UDD, Government of Karnataka in Yelahanka New Town on Sunday, 12th April 2014, 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. The venue is the area next to Allalasandra Lake. The third Kere Habba (Lake Festival) of 2015 is all set to take place at Madiwala Lake on Saturday, 11th April 2015.
