  • Constructing 124 road underpasses to reduce accidents
  • Limiting road widening to only 21 roads and cancelling the notification to widen 98 roads
  • Establishing Central Processing Office to track property related transactions
  • Removing encroachments and rejuvenate all water tanks / build dams across big Rajakaluves
  • Building a nine-stage multiplex for vocal and visual arts on the lines of Sidney Opera
  • Improving digital connectivity by building new networks, Wi-Fi connection throughout the city
  • Creating Bengaluru Waste Management Authority
  • Taking help of private sector to run BBMP schools under CSR initiative
  • Introducing Title Value Protection scheme to property holders
  • Implementing ‘Universal access to healthcare’ scheme though Bengaluru Public Health Authority
  • Constructing 5,00,000 affordable dwelling units
  • Installing Work Programme Tracking and Building Plan software in BBMP
  • Efficient garbage disposal with emphasis on source reduction and reuse. Incineration and landfill is last option
  • 11-points citizens’ agenda to prevent plastic usage

  • Change in office timings and introduce one-way for easing traffic
  • 25 per cent property tax concession to the residents of newly added BBMP wards
  • Mandatory rainwater harvesting in new buildings
  • Insurance to all BPL families
  • Stringent license norms to regulate industries
  • General hospital and maternity home in every assembly constituency
  • Construction of parallel roads in places with high traffic density
  • Construction of multi-storey parking
  • Free medical check up, eye surgery for senior citizens
  • Special insurance scheme for unorganised workers
  • Reviewing SAS
  • Withholding Capital Value System and studying it scientifically
  • Park in every ward and a small forest in new wards
