The ecstatic French architecture has been collectively displayed in the National Modern Art Gallery, Palace Road in collaboration with Institut Français in India and Alliance Française, Bangalore, as part of the Bonjour India Festival 2013. I would like to share my joy and happiness on visiting the Lalbagh Flower Show organised by the Horticultural Department of Government of Karnataka.Every year, they focus on a theme - this year the idea was to celebrate Republic Day and the 150th Birth Anniversary of Swami Vivekananda. The department has put in a great deal of hard work in the excellent arrangement of flowers, vegetables and potted plants. Aashayein Foundation organised 'UDAY 2012',  an annual cultural meet for children from the city on December 16th at Mt Carmel College, Palace Road. Uday brought together children from government schools and orphanages on a common platform to showcase their talent in performing arts.
