IT employees cheated by fake company

ITEC expresses solidarity with aggrieved IT employees of M/s Electrosys Solutions India and demands to arrest the culprits who committed Rs. 1.5 crore scam.

In a shocking event, employers of M/s Electrosys Solutions India have cheated 90 BE and MCA graduates with crores of rupees by providing fake jobs. The employers collected money of Rs. 80,000 to 2,00,000/- per employee offering them a Rs. 17,000/- monthly emoluments for 2 months training period. This amount was collected by 5 – 6 consultants who were appointed by the company and shared amongst the company and the consultants. After regularization, the company had assured employees of Rs. 24,000/- emoluments per month. But little did these employees know that after one and half months later, the employers would flee by night without paying IT employees and the house keeping workers any salary.

On 03.06.2011, the establishment was unlawfully and illegally closed and left all the 90 employees jobless. They have not been paid a single penny in these 2 months. Further, the establishment has got the registration certificate by mentioning only 6 employees and thus given false number to Labour department.

There is a growing number of such cheating incidents in the IT industry. It is high time that the concerned government departments put stop to such day light robbery on the unemployed youths.

ITEC, a welfare and support organization for ITeS employees, expresses solidarity with the aggrieved IT employees of M/s Electrosys Solutions India and have been intervening in this issue from the beginning. ITEC demands the arrest of employers who played with the lives of the unemployed engineering graduates and recover the money from employers and consultants to provide justice to the innocent employees of the company.
