A little joint at Bannerghatta road, Malabar serves some of the best Kerala cuisine. The decor isn’t fancy but the food is lip-smackingly good. They serve a wide variety of Kerala cuisine.

Palappam-Veg stew and Puttu-Kadala Curry taste very authentic and the combos are worth a try.

The Chef Master restaurant in Jayanagar is small and congested and tables are arranged close together. But when the crispy fried fish arrives at your table with Kerala parota and thick-gravy chicken curry, who cares about the ambience!

After fish, comes a delectable range of snacks like appam-egg curry, idiappam-ishtu (stew) and pazham pori (yellow banana bhajjis) in the evenings. It is a must-try for all the Kerala cuisine lovers.
